Standdor wall access panels are the Premier range of our Non Fire Rated steel door access panels (can also be used for ceiling applications)
Standdor access panels are manufactured to 50mm deep and can be supplied with either a picture frame surround or a beaded frame for tape & joint. The door is formed from 1.0mm thick Zintec and the frame formed from 1.2mm thick Zintec.
Standdor products have a budget locking mechanism with a budget lock key accessory and come complete with a plastic cap to conceal the key hole when not in use as standard. Comprising a continuous hinge located on M6 screws welded to the frame and secured with nuts and washers.
A three point locking mechanism is fitted on Standdor products that exceed a size of 600 x 600.
Standdor Access Panels are finished polyester powder coated Ral 9010 20% gloss as standard. Other RAL colours are available on request at an extra cost. These access panels can be manufactured from stainless steel with either a brushed / polished or mill finish and also can be manufactured in aluminium all at an extra cost.
Standard sizes are available for next day delivery and bespoke sizes can be manufactured within 7-10 working days. Also different locking options available.
Standdor access panels are available in non fire rated only - Please refer to the Blazedor product for fire rated options.
The standdor range can also be made as double door and four door units and can be acoustic rated
