Roofdor / S access hatches are designed with weatherproofing in mind and are non fire rated as standard.
Comprising double skinned insulated aluminium lid construction with a 200mm upstand as standard and fitted with gas spring assisted opening and safety hold open stay.

Standard Roofdor's offer thermal insulation against condensation and heat loss as the lid isfilled with CFC and HCFC free insulation with a U-Value of 0.78 W/m2 to BS3958: Part 5: 1986.
Heavy duty aluminium hinges supports the lid which features integral wrap over edge and neoprene sealsensuring a full weather proof protection.
Roofdor lids are held close by the use of a stainless steel cab lock fitted which can only be opened from the inside as standard.

Roofdor access hatches can be suppleid with different U-Values and sound reduction properties.
All hatches are manufactured to suit customers requirements and are available as double or multi leaf units and can be polyester powder coated to ANY standard stock RAL colour
