Foldaway Ladders
FAL
Foldaway ladders are manufactured from aluminium alloy and are excellent for use with our Roofdors and internal ceiling / loft hatches where access is required.
The foldaway ladders are mounted on 600 x 200mm headboard which can be screw fixed to the allocated surface and comprise Anti Slip Treads with a Load bearing of 200kg perTread and Counterbalanced Spring Assistance to ensure the stairway can be raised and lowered withthe minimum of effort.
An 80mm spacer behind the headboard is recommended and an area of 600mm minimum is required when the foldaway ladder is in the closed storage positionwith a 650mm recommended for clearance.
Foldaway ladders can be fitted with a 1m handrail along both sides if required.

The FAL is available in 4 different heights:
FAL 4 Model suits a height of upto 2500mm
FAL 5 Model suits a height of 2501 -2790mm
FAL 6 Model suits a height of 2791 - 3090mm
FAL 7 Model suits a height of 3091 - 3390mm.
