Floordor - recessed access hatches are designed for use within internal and external applications where access for periodic maintainance or engineering services is required.
Recessed Floor Hatches are available in single, double or multi leafs and can be recessed between 3-40mm to accept various infills. Rated at A15 pedestrian loading as standard and can be rated upto C250 loading.
These hatches can be manufactured in stainless steel and can be provided with a water catchment channel and drain point, making them ideal for use in wet areas such as swimming pools.

M & M Access Ltd also producing hot tub covers which are made to match the surrounding area. When not in use, the cover conceals the tub, so you can utilise the area as you wish.
When you would like access to your hot tub all you need to do is press a button and the cover opens to reveal your hot tub.
These hatches are child-safe as they are opened by either a remote control or a key switch.
All recessed floor hatches are made to suit the customers requirements and can be made in any size required.
Hatches can be fire rated upto 3 hours
